Polestar coffee was an idea brought to me by a friend. Stuck in the loop of figuring out how I’m going to be a grown up when I finally separate from the army. He said figure out how to roast coffee. After I hung up the phone, I started a coffee company. Polestar wasn’t the first choice, it was more like the 51st choice, but all the other names were taken. A year later we were forced to shut it down. Never knowing if it was ever coming back.

True to it’s namesake, Polestar was always leading the way. Hanging in the sky, giving me some guidance while navigated the stormy seas of my post military life. For years I kept it in the back of my mind that all I really want to do is roast coffee again.

That leads us to where we are today! Polestar is alive and well. Ready to take on the challenge of bringing you the best fucking coffee you have ever had!

We won’t bore you with the typical “Green Washing” every coffee company under the sun brags about. But rest assured strong moral ethics ride shotgun here.

Our mission...

...is to not just keep you caffeinated, but also to give back to the community. We all need a mentor along our path, and I hope to help guide others through education, opportunity, and experience. We will rotate bags of coffee where a portion of the profits will go to Non-profits.
